Court discards application on Lissu's case



Singida East MP Tundu Lissu.Dar es Salaam. Kisutu Resident Magistrate discarded an application by barrier counsel looking to be supplied with the announcement of the complainant in a rebellious case confronting Singida East MP Tundu Lissu.


Senior Resident Magistrate Yohana Yongolo settled on the choice in the wake of concurring with the arraignment's accommodation that they are not obliged by the law to give proclamation of the individual who is not an observer for the situation.


"In the wake of going through segments of the law and different cases refered to by both sides, I found that the arraignment's entries were correct, that, they are not obliged to give the announcement as asked for by the resistance," he dominated. After the decision, judge Yongolo suspended the case to October 5 when it will come up for hearing and requested indictment to bring witnesses. In August 24, the guard attorney Mr Peter Kibatala, requested that be supplied with the announcement of the complainant before the knowing about the case.
