"They should verify before they hired servants, they should ensure that certificates ask them for job interviews or been previewed by the relevant authorities if is the certificate of form four, six or teaching or whatever, be been previewed by the relevant authorities," he said.
Dk. Ndumbaro directed that certification be authenticated by the National Examination Council (Necta) or college anything be it university or Vocational Authority (Veta), be authenticated before they find new jobs.
Since the President's Office (Public Service Management and Governance) bear a verification report of 9,932 staff that have forged certificates, the situation has become complex in public office, as the Organization of Postal and hospital care where patients have been affected.
Also, confusion has arisen several parts from some of the staff mentioned in the list while they have the proper certification, it starts to flow the offices of the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) questioning their future, while others have decided not to go to office thus affecting service.
Addressing the situation, the Secretary General of the President's Office (Public Service Management and Governance), Dr. Laurean Ndumbaro urged institutions that are severely affected by the exercise should requesting emergency employment permits.
He said Government shall recruit 15,000 people between now and June 30 this year so people should be ready at any time after the procedure to apply being officially announced.
